Payment Options

Full payment for all orders will be taken when the order is placed. Payments can be made via PayPal using major credit/debit cards.

PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

(Please note we do not accept American Express or Diners Cards).

VAT

All prices shown on this website include VAT at 20% in line with the current UK legislation.

Shipping

All orders over £150.00 including VAT will be sent free of charge. Orders less than £150.00 including VAT will incur a delivery charge of £7.95.

Returns Policy

Superior lighting offers a 7-day returns policy after you have received the goods, providing the goods have not been installed, assembled or modified and are still in as new condition in the original packaging with all accessories that were sent with them. You must notify us in writing by email:  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . A telephone call is not sufficient. Proof of purchase is needed for all returns.

For unwanted goods the cost of carriage to deliver the goods to the customer will be deducted from the refund and the customer will incur the cost of returning the goods to us. The customer is responsible for the loss or damage when returning the goods, so should take out enough insurance to cover the value. Your refund will be paid within 30 days of our receiving the goods. Superior Lighting reserve the right to charge a 25% re-stocking fee if the request to return the goods is outside the 7-day period.

Shortages or Damages

Notification of any shortages or damages must be notified to us within 2 days after receiving the goods either by e-mail:  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. If the shortages or damages are reported after the 2 days replacement parts will be chargeable.

Superior Lighting will not be liable for any third party costs due to faulty, damages or shortages.

Faulty Goods

A telephone call is not sufficient. Superior Lighting will arrange for the collection of these goods and subsequent dispatch of replacement items, or a full refund once the returned goods have been inspected.
