With 70 years experience and over 180 members, we are the largest Lighting Trade Association in Europe. Guided by an elected Council of Management, we also have a strong Technical Committee and are honoured that they consist of some of the key names in the industry, giving up their precious time to ensure we provide what the members need.

Games and Leisure Room Lighting

For computer use or games consoles an ambient non glare lighting fixture is required. Reflections of light from visual display units should be avoided. As with windows, they should be sideways to the monitor and not directly facing.(Yes, Sunlight is a lighting solution too!) Again, to avoid eye strain do not go too soft with the lighting when watching tv or using a computer monitor, even if it makes you feel more settled. Game tables require bright overhead lighting.
